Such known file types can be custom-defined. New file signatures can be added to the list of known file types by the end user. The first thing I’d like to show you is how to download R and install it, and then download RStudio and install it. So we’ll open a browser and then we’ll go to www.r-project.org that’s the website for the R project where the R software can be downloaded. Near the top of the page you should see a link to download R. We’ll click on that. Under Windows and MAC OSX. For the first time you use R, the suggested procedure, under Windows and MAC OSX, is as follow: Create a sub-directory, say R, in your “Documents” folder. This sub-folder, also known as working directory, will be used by R to read and save files. Launch R by double-clicking on the icon. Specify your working. RStudio Desktop is an R IDE that works with the version of R you have installed on your local Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux workstation. RStudio Desktop is a standalone desktop application that in no way requires or connects to RStudio Server.
Step 2: Change the setting, enable your Mac can download from 'Anywhere'.
If you have upgraded your Mac to macOS 10.12 Sierra or higher, you just click 'Open Anyway', like this:
Step 3: Re-download the software or re-open the download file on your Mac. Then install it on your Mac, you can follow this guide: http://www.doyourdata.com/support/product/mac/install-and-activate-mac-software-doyourdata.html
